If you need to cancel or change an existing appointment, please log in to the Patient Portal or contact us directly. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel without a fee.
Changes made less than 48 hours before your appointment may be subject to a $100 cancellation fee, as outlined in our policy.
